At SACHA DRAKE, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your purchase. If your garment isn't the perfect fit, you can return full-priced items within 14 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all designer tags still attached.

• 2.
  Submit Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your garments in their original packaging and attach the generated return shipping label to the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Drop your package at any authorized postal location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
